Angela Tochukwu Elele is an Associate at A & E Law Partnership with a practice that covers corporate governance, commercial law, and public-private partnerships. She advises on statutory compliance, corporate secretarial practice, and the preparation of key commercial agreements for a diverse range of clients.

She manages company secretarial functions for clients such as the Public and Private Development Centre (PPDC), Devon Technologies Ltd, and Development Endeavours Ltd. Her work includes preparing board resolutions, maintaining statutory records, advising on directors’ responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA 2020) and the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance 2018.

Angela also supports the firm’s advisory work for public institutions. She has contributed to assignments for the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP). In this role, she has assisted in developing training materials and facilitating sessions on the use of the new Standard Bidding Documents for procurement officers at the Federal Ministry of Health and other MDAs.

Her experience includes drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, loan agreements, and joint venture agreements. She also assists clients with company incorporation and other regulatory compliance processes before the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

She is a memebr of the NBA, She is a memeber of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
