Our (PFM) practice experience has seen us undertake PFM legal system analysis, develop new laws, support legislatures to consider and pass new PFM laws, as well as support related institutions in the development of regulations and many other tools, including providing technical support for implementation of such legal regimes. This spans the scope of Generic PFM laws, Fiscal Responsibility, Public Procurement, and Audit Law regimes and institutions. We have public finance law and Procurement specialists in our team.
Our work in the past has included support to national and over 26 sub-national governments in developing related laws sometimes and more often in developing tools and providing training and other related support to implement related laws. We support the development of PFM institutions including Public Procurement Regulatory bodies. We have good experience developing Procurement Regulations, suites of standard bidding documents and many related PFM regulatory tools. We develop financial instructions and regulations for governments. We undertake capacity assessments and help regulators in this sector to develop compliance systems and capacity improvement strategies for themselves and their stakeholders. We also undertake post procurement compliance audits, to evaluate system compliance and effectiveness.
