GODWIN is a Solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and has since then been in active litigation practice. His practice experience started in the law firm of C. C. Elele and Associates in Aba South East Nigeria. In 2010 He became Head litigation at the law offices of Concord Associates in Abuja and joined A&E Law Partnership in 2011. His litigation experience has included handling and successfully concluding several court cases spanning several subjects, including but not limited to capital market disputes, tenancies, criminal defenses, recovery of debts, validity of import licenses, matrimonial causes, human rights enforcements, access to information, breaches of contracts, land disputes, diplomatic privilege, secured credits and recoveries, compliance with Laws and Regulations of the Nigerian capital market and several commercial disputes etc. Godwin has practiced at all levels of courts in Nigeria from Magistrates, High Courts, the Court Appeal and Supreme Court and currently handles many cases before the three superior courts. He also has experience handling legislative drafting, property documentation and registration and related investigations, family and probate administration matters, and legal issues in Public Finance Management (PFM). He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered.
