A & E Law Partnership was engaged as the Consultants to the KSPPA in the technical review and finalization of Public Procurement Sustainability Policy, Standard Evaluation Template, Standard Clauses and Guidelines for implementing PPP in Kano State

At the event held in the commercial city of Kano, the stakeholders meeting was attended by the Director General of the KSPPA, critical stakeholders from the Public Procurement Agency, representatives from the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Water Resources, and Debt Management Office of Kano State, amongst others. We advised on the statutory basis of the procurement laws of Kano state, the goals and objectivs of sustainability, sample measures and the administration of the policy

At the round table meeting, the session, amongst other things, examined the bidding documents and standard evaluation template for goods, works and services as well as standard clauses for PPP agreements in the state
